Questions

What should I include in my message?
Your product, quantity, sizes, artwork and deadline. A photo of a sample or reference also helps us quote accurately.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the finish. Embroidery and DTF have no minimum, so you can order a single piece. Silkscreen printing starts from 50 pieces. For DTG and other methods, we confirm the minimum when we quote.
What artwork files can I send?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. A high-resolution or vector file gives the sharpest result. If you only have a photo or a rough sketch, send it anyway and we will advise what is possible.
How long will my order take?
Every order needs some time to prepare. Printing usually takes a few working days. For uniforms and gifts, the timeline depends on the quantity and finish, and we confirm it with your quotation. Let us know your deadline early.
Can I see the colours before ordering?
Yes. Colours on screen are only a guide, so we can send a physical colour card or show you samples at our branches.
