Sublimation jerseys

Full-colour jerseys, printed edge to edge.

Every colour, gradient and pattern you want, printed into the fabric so it never cracks or fades. For sports teams, clubs, events and company runs. From 20 pieces.

Two ways to order

Why sublimation

Printed into the fabric, not on top of it

Heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibres. The result is soft to the touch and lasts as long as the jersey.

Good to know: sublimation works on white polyester only, so it can’t be used on cotton.

Questions

Before you order

What is the minimum order?

20 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed, and every piece can have a different name and number at no extra step, because they are printed together with the design.

Can I print on cotton?

No. Sublimation ink only bonds with polyester, so all our sublimation fabrics are 100% polyester. For cotton, see our ready-stock tees with printing or embroidery.

Will the print fade or crack?

No. The ink becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top, so it stays soft, does not crack and keeps its colour wash after wash.

Can you change a ready-made design?

Yes. Small changes like colours are part of the mockup. For bigger changes, send us the design code and what you would like on WhatsApp.

What files should I send for my own design?

AI, PDF or EPS vector files are best. For photos and artwork, send PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK. A logo in any format is fine: we redraw it if needed.

How long does it take?

It depends on the quantity and the season. We confirm the lead time with your quotation, after the mockup is approved.
